International Shipments: It's important to note that for orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by Callizi and should be settled upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges

Production Time: 24-48 hours after ordering; orders of 5+ items may require more time•

  • Domestic shipping to United States (excluding Hawaii e Alaska): 2-7 business days after shipment •
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks) after shipment • Order changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing an order Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-15 business days.
