At Callizi, our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We ship to customers around the world every day and are committed to providing a high level of service.
Order Timeline
Every order goes through two stages:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: see rates below
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates beginning after the processing period and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or local postal conditions.
International Orders
Customers outside the US are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
