CALLIZI PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHO WE ARE

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your
personal information when you visit callizi.com (the "Site"), when you buy from
us, and when you receive email or text messages from us.
The Site and the Callizi mobile messaging program are operated by LUCRA LLC, a
Montana limited liability company doing business as Callizi ("Callizi", "we",
"us", "our"). Our contact details are in Section 15.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
Order information - your name, billing address, shipping address, email
address, phone number, and the details of what you ordered. Card details are
entered directly into our payment processor's systems; we do not store full
card numbers.
Contact and marketing information - your email address and, if you opt in,
your mobile phone number, together with a record of your consent.
Anything you send us - the content of emails, messages, reviews and support
requests you send to us.
2.2 INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
When you visit the Site we collect information about your device and how you
use the Site. This includes your browser type, IP address, time zone, the
cookies on your device, the pages and products you view, the site or search term
that referred you, and how you interact with the Site.
We collect it using cookies (small data files placed on your device), log files
(which record actions on the Site including IP address, browser type, internet
service provider, referring and exit pages and timestamps), and pixels, tags and
web beacons (small electronic files that record how you browse).
2.3 YOUR CART AND BROWSING ACTIVITY
The Site records which products you view, which items you add to your shopping
cart and when, and whether you started checkout without completing your order.
We use this to send you reminders about items you left behind, as described in
Sections 4 and 6.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:
- fulfil your orders, take payment, arrange shipping, and send you order
confirmations and invoices;
- answer your questions and provide customer support;
- send you marketing email and, if you opted in, marketing text messages;
- send you reminders about items left in your cart;
- screen orders for fraud and protect the security of the Site;
- understand how the Site is used and improve it; and
- measure how well our marketing and advertising is working.

4. MOBILE MESSAGING (SMS AND RCS) AND YOUR CONSENT DATA

WHAT WE COLLECT. If you opt in to receive text messages, we collect your mobile
phone number and a record of your consent - the date, time and method of your
opt-in - together with your messaging activity, such as whether a message was
delivered, whether you clicked a link in it, whether you replied, and whether
you opted out.
HOW WE USE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER. We use it only to send you the messages described
in our Terms of Use: marketing messages such as offers, new product
announcements and cart reminders, and informational messages such as order
confirmations, shipping updates and customer service replies. We use the record
of your consent to demonstrate that you opted in and to honour your opt-out.
CART REMINDERS AND HOW WE KNOW. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies
to record which items you added to your cart and when, and whether you began but
did not complete checkout. We use that record to decide whether to send you a
reminder about the items you left behind. If you do not want these reminders,
reply STOP to any message.
WHO RECEIVES YOUR MOBILE NUMBER. Only the service providers that run the
messaging program for us - our messaging platform, Klaviyo, and the mobile
carriers that deliver the messages - and only so that they can deliver the
messages you asked to receive. They act on our instructions and are
contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes.

5. WHAT WE NEVER DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your mobile opt-in, or
your SMS/RCS consent data with any third party for advertising or marketing
purposes. This applies without exception. Your text message consent will never
be shared with any third party for any purpose unrelated to delivering the
messaging service.
Mobile opt-in and consent data are never disclosed to any advertising platform,
never used to build or enrich any advertising audience, and never shared with
any affiliate or partner for that party's own marketing.

6. EMAIL MARKETING

If you give us your email address, we may send you marketing email, including
reminders about items left in your cart. Every marketing email has an
unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by contacting us. Unsubscribing
from marketing email does not stop transactional email about an order you have
placed, and it does not on its own stop text messages - to stop those, reply
STOP.

7. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

SERVICE PROVIDERS. We share information with the companies that run parts of our
business for us, and only so that they can perform that work:
- Shopify, which powers our online store. See

- Klaviyo, our email and text messaging platform, and the mobile carriers that
deliver our messages.
- Our payment processor, which handles your card details.
- Our shipping and fulfilment partners, which receive the delivery details
needed to send your order.
- Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the Site is used. See

ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS PARTNERS. We share website and device information with
advertising platforms as described in Section 8. This never includes your mobile
phone number or your messaging consent data.
LEGAL. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, to respond to
a subpoena, warrant or other lawful request, to enforce our terms, or to protect
our rights, property or safety or those of others.
BUSINESS TRANSFERS. If our business is sold, merged or reorganised, information
may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any acquirer will remain bound
by this Privacy Policy for information collected under it, unless and until you
are given notice of a change.

8. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

We advertise on third-party platforms, and we use cookies and pixels so that the
ads you see are more relevant to you and so that we can measure whether our

WHAT THIS USES. Website and device information - cookie identifiers, IP address,
the pages and products you viewed, and your purchase history.
WHAT THIS NEVER USES. Your mobile phone number, your mobile opt-in, and your
SMS/RCS consent data. That information is excluded from every advertising
audience we create and is never disclosed to any advertising platform, under any
circumstances.
We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. Where our use of
advertising and analytics providers amounts to "sharing" for cross-context
behavioural advertising under California law, you can opt out at any time using
the links below or by contacting us.

9. COOKIES AND YOUR CHOICES

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. If you block cookies, parts of
the Site may not work properly - in particular, we may not be able to remember
what is in your cart. For general information about cookies see

We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common
industry standard for them.
We do treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid
request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context
behavioural advertising, where the law requires us to.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

CALIFORNIA. You have the right to know what personal information we hold about
you and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete
it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information as
defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for
exercising these rights.
OTHER U.S. STATES. Depending on where you live, your state's privacy law may
give you similar rights. Contact us and we will tell you what applies and honour
any right you have.
EUROPE AND THE UNITED KINGDOM. You have the right to access the personal
information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated or
deleted, and in some cases to object to or restrict how we use it and to receive
a copy in a portable format. We process your information to perform the contract
we have with you when you place an order, on the basis of your consent where you
have given it, and otherwise for the legitimate business interests described
above.
HOW TO EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS. Contact us using the details in Section 15. We may
need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within the time
required by the law that applies to you.

11. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected
it for, and after that only where the law requires.
- Order records: kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax
and accounting obligations.
- Marketing contact details: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete
them.
- Messaging consent records: kept for at least four years after you
unsubscribe, so that we can demonstrate that you had opted in. We keep the
record of your opt-out for as long as needed to make sure we do not message
you again.

12. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect
your personal information, and we work with providers who do the same. No method
of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute
security.

13. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process your
information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the
United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in a
country whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own.

The Site and the messaging program are not intended for anyone under 18, and we
do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you
believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete
