How to Find Your Tracking Number
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
When Will My Tracking Update?
Since each Callizi item is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once it's on the way, your tracking number may take 24–48 hours to show its first scan — totally normal, so hang tight!
My Tracking Isn't Updating — What Should I Do?
Don't worry, this happens sometimes while your package is in transit between carriers. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
