What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly to get your order printed and shipped, so reach out as soon as possible at support@callizi.com. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $60.
How long will my order take?
Each item is made to order, so please allow a little time for production before shipping. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, with delivery times depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and any customs fees vary by destination.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. If something seems off, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Sizing & Products
How do I choose the right size?
Check out our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Our tees and sweatshirts run true to size with a relaxed, unisex fit. Between two sizes? We recommend sizing up for a roomier look.
How should I care for my shirt?
To keep your design looking sharp, machine wash cold inside out, and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over the print.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there's an issue with your order, email us at support@callizi.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
The item I received is wrong or damaged. What now?
We're sorry about that! Send us a photo at support@callizi.com along with your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
